We have experienced IRB members and administrative staff ensure high-caliber reviews. We developed convenient electronic tools ELINE and dedicated staff for easy and efficient study administration.

In order to meet the needs of more effective and convenient communication between the Ethics Committee, the sponsor and the research institute, as well as archive management of relevant materials, the ethics management system ELINE has been put into operation since June 2019, gradually realizing the whole-process management of online application and review.

The sponsor and research institute can register an online account (https://eline.seccr.cn), submit the project after being approved by the ethics secretariat, check the review status and review comments of the relevant project in real time after submission.

In the ethics review, SECCR pays high attention to research basis, research purpose, research design, statistical design, research institute qualification, PI and team qualification, privacy protection, conflict of interest, risk notification, adverse reaction treatment measures, compensation and compensation, and fully considers the scientific value, social value and ethical value of the research.
